An Evening of Yoga and Music with Mischa and Šárka

Join Šárka Elias and Mischa Varmuza for an evening of meditativee yoga and sound. Mischa will lead an immersive practice including a soma (nectar) flow of yoga, leading into deeply nourishing restorative space and woven with pranayama, meditation and storytelling. Our practice will be supported by the stunning voice and instrument of Šárka who will create a sound temple for our prayers and open our hearts and voices into the vibration of joy!
