Yoga is a journey back to our centre. The practice awakens our hearts so that we can feel connected and open to all that is.

It shows us how to listen to our body and respond in a way that supports and nourishes, allowing us to heal and restore. It teaches us to witness the movements of our mind so that we can break free from negative habit patterns, renew our perspective and bring greater balance to our state of being.  Yoga shows us the grace and strength of presence and its power to ripple into the spaces beyond us so that we may serve this life more fully.

Yoga invites us to actively participate in the process of transformation and open to our fullest potential.

"Yoga allows you to rediscover a sense of wholeness in your life, where you do not feel like you are constantly trying to fit the broken pieces together. Yoga allows you to find an inner peace that is not ruffled and riled by the endless stresses and struggles of life. Yoga allows you to find a new kind of freedom that you may not have known even existed. To a yogi, freedom implies not being battered by the dualities of life, its ups and downs, its pleasures and its suffering. It implies equanimity and ultimately that there is an inner serene core of one’s being that is never out of touch with the unchanging, eternal infinite."
