A series of mantras including one repetition of call and response for learning rhythm and pronunciation
A sequence of both cleansing and calming pranayama and kriya practices such as kapalabhati, agnisar kriya and nadi shodhana.
Space to pause, listen and connect in meditation.
This is an intermediate practice, some previous experience of pranayama is beneficial.
