A two-Part Introductory Immersion
10.30 AM - 12.30 PM GMT / 4 PM - 6 PM IST
Sunday 18th January + Sunday 1 February, 2026
£75 earlybird until 5th January
£90 standard pricing
This two-part journey opens the heart of yoga through a traditional tantric lens where practice, philosophy and embodied practice come together in a way that is both grounding and transformative.
Each session offers clear teachings and lived exploration through asana and embodied practice so the depth of this path is felt rather than just understood. We move from foundation into fire and heart, through the descent and ascent of śakti, and return with a steadier sense of centre and vision.
This is for seekers, practitioners and teachers who want to step in with honesty, curiosity and devotion, and let the practice reshape the way they feel, see and live.
Gaṇeśa and grounding as the threshold of Tantric practice
The body and nervous system as the primary terrain of awakening
Śiva and Śakti as awareness and energy in dynamic unity
Prakāśa and vimarśa, light and reflective consciousness
Spanda, the subtle pulsation underlying all experience
The descent and ascent of śakti through the subtle body
Fire as clarity, radiance and inner transformation
Embodiment as the bridge between philosophy and lived experience
Recognising the sacred as something lived, not abstract
• 2 x two hour sessions combining teaching, practice and reflection
• Clear explanations of traditional tantric philosophy made accessible and grounded
• Embodied practices you can integrate into your own sadhana or teaching
• Mantras, invocations and simple rituals to deepen your connection to the teachings
• A structured PDF for each session
• An understanding of how tantric philosophy lives in the body, breath and everyday experience
**This is not a movement class. Rather, breath, sound and embodied awareness support the principles we explore.
