Payment & Cancellation Policy

DURGA MANDALA • NAVARATRI SADHANA RETREAT

5–16 April 2027

SECURING YOUR PLACE

A ₹50,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat.

Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due by 4 February 2027 (60 days before the retreat).

Payment plans may be available by prior arrangement. Any agreed payment schedule must be adhered to.

CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

If you cancel on or before 5 January 2027 (90+ days before the retreat), you will receive a refund of all payments made, minus the ₹50,000 non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel between 6 January and 3 February 2027 (60–89 days before the retreat), you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost, minus the ₹50,000 non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel on or after 4 February 2027 (less than 60 days before the retreat), no refund will be issued.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email. The cancellation date will be the date on which written notification is received.

TRANSFERABLE OPTION

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another participant, subject to prior written approval from the organisers.

Any replacement participant must meet the requirements of the retreat and complete the necessary booking process. The organisers reserve the right to approve or decline a proposed transfer.

Any difference in price between the original booking and the replacement booking, as well as any costs associated with transferring the booking, will be the responsibility of the original participant.

CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANISERS

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, all payments made directly to us will be fully refunded.

We cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred by participants, including flights, visas, travel, accommodation or other expenses.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If the retreat is cancelled or materially affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including government restrictions, natural disasters, significant environmental events or other unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate with participants as soon as reasonably possible and provide information about the options available.

In such circumstances, our liability will be limited to payments made directly to us, and the ₹50,000 deposit remains non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance that provides appropriate cover for cancellation, interruption, travel disruption and other unforeseen circumstances.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed, including cover for cancellation, medical expenses, travel disruption and other unforeseen circumstances.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their policy provides adequate cover for their individual circumstances and travel arrangements.
