Yoga Sādhanā: An Immersion in the Himalayan Foothills

FINAL 4 SPACES REMAINING - BOOK NOW

This November we return to the breathtaking foothills of Himachal Pradesh for an 8-night immersive yoga retreat in a serene and soulful retreat center, where nature, silence, and sacred traditions weave together a deeply nourishing experience. Nestled amidst forests and overlooking the vast Himalayan landscape, this hidden sanctuary offers the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and attune to the rhythm of the mountains.

Our days will flow through inspired and intentional rasa yoga practices and contemplative rituals that honor the universal creative power, the wisdom of nature, and the timeless traditions of yoga. You will be guided through a blend of creative hatha and slow flow practices, yoga with props, mantra, breathwork, and deeply restorative sessions.

We will also journey beyond the mat, exploring the practices through the lens of Tantra, participating in Tantric fire ceremonies, offering sacred rituals, walking ancient temple paths and bathing in the vibrations of thousands of years of prayers humming from the temples walls. All whilst soaking in the untamed beauty of the Himalayas.

Evenings will invite rest and integration and space for both group and personal reflection.
