Join Xochi Balfour and Mischa Varmuza for a nourishing residential deep dive into the Embrace Of The Feminine, September 8-10, in the sacred lands of Avalon. This is an intimate women’s retreat in which we will weave a rich and thoughtful programme of yoga, meditation, earth-based ritual and sacred sisterhood in our exquisite home from home, The Apothecary Garden.
Xochi and Mischa have been practising together for almost a decade and their wise, nourishing space is one of loving support and deep transformation. Combining Mischa’s extensive career as a yoga teacher, tantrika, priestess and coach with Xochi’s work as a women’s healing facilitator and ritualist, the Embrace Of The Feminine retreat is a space of expertly-held embodiment, movement, connection, devotion, prayer, rest and remembrance. Join us as we prepare to move inward with the tides of Autumn, integrating the energy of the summer and re-membering that place within us all where the flame of feminine intuition and wisdom resides.

Friday: arrivals from 5pm. Early dinner followed by opening circle
Saturday: 7am meditation, 8am breakfast, 9.30am-12pm morning asana and practice, 12.30pm lunch, 2.30pm-5pm afternoon session, 6pm dinner, 7pm evening circle
Sunday: 8am breakfast, 9.30am-12pm morning asana and practice, 12.30pm lunch, 2.30pm-5pm afternoon session and closing circle
