Join me for an uplifting and nourishing day of yoga, meditation, restoration and togetherness.
We will dive into the world of Rasa yoga, exploring body and breath through movement and stillness, meditation, chanting and ritual.
The morning practice will be more dynamic, honouring the agni (fire) aspect; there will be a challenging flow with exploration of sequencing and biomechanics to open and strengthen the body. The afternoon practice will be gentler and quieter, invoking the nourishing qualities of soma (nectar) with fluid asana and restorative practice and chanting to open the heart.
This workshop is limited to 15 persons so book early to avoid disappointment.
Tea and healthy snacks provided.
We will also have a break for lunch where we can sit in the gallery cafe together which serves delicious vegan food and drinks.
