Join me for a 2 hour exploration of vinyasa flow as we dive into the breath and body to open our hearts, strengthen our bodies, calm the breath and settle our minds.
We'll also explore how we can develop our practice in a multidimensional way so that our sadhana (daily practice) can grow to form the backbone of our life, a thread of continuity holding us as we ride the rhythms of life.
