Hacking Happiness Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation

A calming 90 minute workshop.  The first half will be a beautiful steady flow where we will move gently and mindfully with close attention the breath and body to open the body, mind and heart.  The second half of the workshop will include breath work and guided meditation. The workshop will close with a blissful savasana and head/neck massage.
