"The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.”

A. Wigmore

Eating healthy is hot and the demand for fresh, healthy food is growing. Restaurants, cafes and food vendors are realising they must respond to this demand as more people are in search of healthy food to eat out, with all the taste and variety of mainstream food.

My food and wellness journey has led me on a passionate exploration of delicious, nutritious, tasty and varied foods. Combinations and flavours that appeal to the eye and tantalise the taste buds. The possibility is endless including juices, smoothies, salads, raw dishes, healthy snacks and puddings and meals for every season and occasion.

It can be a challenge to consider all the varying health concerns and demands so my overall focus is to create inspired healthy cuisine that is plant-based, a close to its natural state, low inflammatory, low GI and low allergenic. Beyond this I design dishes and menus that are vegan, gluten, dairy, wheat and/or sugar free as well as working with more specific dietary requests. My aim is always to create food that is bursting with health and flavour so that is inspires one to commit and continue with their healing journey.

If you have a company, restaurant or project that may benefit from a health make over, some nutritional twists or fresh ideas from scratch I'd be happy to chat.

My approach to nutrition is thorough and all encompassing. There are no quick fixes or fad diets, the focus is towards long term, sustainable change. I work closely with my clients to encourage more enriching and thoughtful relationships with food whilst teaching that good health stems from a healthy body, a joyful heart and a peaceful centre.

You will be provided with the tools and knowledge for longstanding improved health and wellbeing with plenty of support and inspiration so that you may reach and maintain your wellness goals with a spring in your step and smile on your face.

I offer a few options depending on your goals and current health.

Ideal for anyone interested in checking in with their diet  and lifestyle.

Perhaps you have no particular health issues but want to be sure you are supporting yourself efficiently. I'll ask you to provide a detailed food diary and fill in a basic health questionnaire.

You will receive a plan based around foods to increase and reduce and top tips to optimise your wellbeing.

After the forms have been returned there will be a 30-40 minutes session which can be done by skype, phone or in person.

* This service is not intended as a therapeutic protocol but general advice to support a healthy lifestyle.

This will include a thorough case history covering both current and past health concerns, symptoms and diagnosis, family medical history and present lifestyle including diet, supplement and/or medication use, levels of physical activity and work/life balance.  I will then work to identify imbalances within the body and discover any root causes, predispositions or driving factors.  Using this information combined with extensive scientific evidence I will evaluate your individual needs in order to provide a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to support your health.

FOLLOW UP. 45 minutes.

4-8 weeks later, dependant on individual case. We will review both your progress, any challenges and test results and work to modify and update your nutritional plan as necessary.

Functional testing such as blood, stool or saliva tests may be recommended as a method to understand or confirm any imbalances on a deeper level. This can also enable me to provide correct and appropriate support.

Nutritional therapy combines science with natural, often ancient healing techniques to support and balance the individual. The key principles of naturopathy are at the core of the practice and the approach aims to address the root cause of any health imbalance. It recognises the body’s innate ability to heal given the right tools and uses holistic and supportive methods to restore and promote health.

Nutritional therapy and naturopathy can help support general wellbeing as well as a wide range of health concerns including energy levels, tiredness, weight, skin conditions, digestive complaints, muscular and skeletal health, hormonal balance, moods, fasting and detoxification and fertility.

I practice privately from East London and am available for both home and office visits throughout London.
